New Student Enrollment

GCVS is a public school open to all Massachusetts students in K – 12.

The quickest and easiest way to enroll is to complete our secure Online Enrollment Application. If you need to pause your online enrollment, you can click the option to “Save for Later”.

There are a few additional forms that are needed to complete the enrollment process (see checklist to the right). The online enrollment will walk you through most of these, and you will be able to upload the documents directly to the application.

With the online enrollment application, there is only one additional form to complete: the Free/ Reduced Lunch application (linked below).

If you prefer, you may print out an enrollment form and send all the documents either by email to:  registration@gcvs.org, or fax to: 413-276-4562.

Our enrollment counselors are on hand to help answer any questions. Please call us at: 413-475-3879, extension 9.
