Report Daily Absences/Tardiness

Even though our students don’t come into a brick and mortar building, we still want to know when they will not be able to attend their classes. Please email us to report a student’s absence at attendance@gcvs.org, or call 413-475-3879 and select option 1.

Please include the student’s last name, grade, and reason for absence. If your student is at a medical appointment, please provide a doctor’s letter and email to attendance@gcvs.org.
