You will find common login information, contacts for our technical support, and answers to frequently asked questions that can help you.
How to Contact GCVS Technical Support
Via Phone: 413-475-3879 Option 3:
This is the fastest way to get help. Simply call into the office at 413-475-3879 and then push 3 after the auto attendant answers and it will put you into the tech support queue.
Via the Ticketing System
Communication on technical issues are done via our ticketing system, Incident IQ. You can login with your student’s GCVS credentials or sign up for your own. Student accounts will show the device they have been assigned and more information. You will get emails letting you know when there was a reply. This is the place to message back and forth with IT.
Via Email
You can once again email support. Keep in mind to give us as much detailed information as possible. This can be the slowest means of communication with us as there will likely be back and forth communication to get to the heart of the trouble.
Via Chat
We have added a chat to this page where you can chat with tech support, or talk to Archimedes, our AI chat bot. If Archimedes can’t help you, simply type in “Agent” and it will put you in touch with one of our technicians. Archimedes is available 24/7, however our live chat is only available during regular school hours. You can find the button in the lower right corner of this page.
